Chaplaincy

We’re delighted to have Andy Evers serving as the Chaplain for Life Dronfield. Andy’s role is centred on providing spiritual, emotional, and pastoral support to those not only connected with the Life Dronfield, but also across our community — whether that’s individuals, families, staff, or volunteers.
As Chaplain, Andy offers a listening ear, a prayerful presence, and compassionate guidance to anyone who may be facing personal challenges, navigating change, or simply needing someone to talk to. His aim is to help people find hope, peace, and encouragement through faith, whatever their circumstances.
Andy completed his Chaplaincy training through Waverley Abbey College, where he developed skills in pastoral care, reflective practice, and faith-based support within community contexts. This training underpins his thoughtful and empathetic approach, ensuring that his ministry as Chaplain is both professionally grounded and spiritually inspired.
Andy attends many of our groups and is on hand whenever needed. He can direct people towards other services, the churches in our town as well as leading our weekly prayer times and annual ‘A Time of Reflection’ service. Andy is non-denominational working alongside all the churches in our town. He is also on the leadership team of the weekly ‘Resonate’ service which takes place at St Phillips Church.
Through his role, Andy helps to nurture a caring and supportive environment at Life Dronfield, reminding us that faith and compassion are at the heart of all we do.
Andy can be contacted through the Life Dronfield Office – 01246 942394
