About Little Haven Postnatal
Becoming a new parent can be wonderful – but it can also feel overwhelming. Little Haven is a small peer support group (up to 10 parents) offering a safe, welcoming space to breathe, share and connect. Every parent deserves a space to pause, reflect and know they’re not alone.
Sessions are facilitated by Claire Birch, a qualified counsellor specialising in postnatal wellbeing.
